Tab s7 suddenly stops charging after one ui 3.1 update

Hello guys i have a problem lately with my tab s7. After the one ui 3.1 update the tablet suddenly stops charging without any notification popping up. I have to reconnect the charger to continue charging. Anyone having the same issue?

Check ur charging port ! Once turn off the device and try to charge

Already tried that . I have the genuine cable and charger . Maybe it's a software issue because it appeared after the update.
