I have been having issue with video quality from OTT apps ...not playing HD videos except Youtube

I found my widevine to be l3 now for no reason

Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

Hello recently i found that my google play system update was of may after i updated it started showing L1 widevine certificate ...hope its resolved for now
Anyway thanks for the concern ... if any further issue i will let you know through LOG
