Is anyone else facing issues with Lockstar not opening after the OneUI 7 update? 

The app is opening fine in my S25, S24, and S22.

We request you kindly share the log file. Also, share the video clips and images for better understanding. This will help us to investigate further and resolve this issue.

To share the log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.

There is no error message. I am just getting a toast messages saying the app is incompatible with the current operating system. I have all the apps updated.

I have even cleared the data and reinstalled the app and gave it all the permissions.

No matter how I try to open it, I am getting the same message.

They didn't update it to one ui 7...that's why its not working. Sad part is they didn't share any info when we receive this update

It has been updated for OneUI 7, since it is working on other OneUI 7 devices. I wanted to know if this was a tablet specific issue.
