To the Samsung Product Development Team, I am writing this report to express my deep concern regarding the missing Window Transparency/Opacity feature on the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE+. Despite multiple previous reports, this essential functionality has not been introduced or restored in the latest software updates. As a dedicated user, I want to emphasize that the Opacity/Transparency toggle is not just a visual preference; it is a critical productivity tool for two major user groups: Students: For taking notes while simultaneously viewing background reference material or video lectures in pop-up mode. Business Professionals: For cross-referencing data across multiple overlapping windows and managing complex workflows efficiently. The absence of this feature significantly hinders the multitasking capabilities of the Tab S9 FE+. For a device marketed toward productivity and creativity, the lack of such a basic One UI feature is highly disappointing and affects the daily work of many users. I request the engineering team to treat this as a high-priority feedback and integrate a dedicated Transparency/Opacity slider for Pop-up view and Multi-window in the next firmware patch. I hope Samsung values the feedback of its loyal users and takes immediate action to improve the user experience of this tablet.
