Hi There i am using Samsung Galaxy J-Max Tab from Past 3 Years & i have not yet received any security update or OS Update. I Request Samsung to please look into the concern raised by me and start working on the Security & OS Updates for Samsung Galaxy J-Max Tab and roll out some new updates or push UI One update for Samsung Galaxy J-Max Tab.
you can update your device yourself using Samsung smart switch application . Simply you have to download the smart switch application on your computer and connect your phone to pc and you can update easily your device....
Dear I have tried updating using Smart switch and OTA but no updates received since March 2018 thats why i requested samsung to consider and push some updates.
