Samsung Note Highlighting Issue

I have encountered a flaw in Samsung Notes app. Highlights are not sticking with the typed lines. When I add some extra line between pages..or add some extra pages the line below the changes shifted downward normally. But the hightlights are sticking to its original place. As a result the lines above the shifted lines get Highlighted. Please look into it.
