Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Plus 5G Battery Usage Issue

I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Plus 5G. Initially it used to report correct battery usage in device care > battery. But now it is all messed up. It never shows screen on time since last charge, it only shows screen on time and off time combined for last 4 to 5 days. I have tried clearing the data and cache of the device care app but the issue still persists. Please help.

Here is a screenshot after I turned off my tablet charged it fully and turned on the next day. Instead of showing 0 mins screen on time it's showing from last 4 days.
