S9Ultra is getting frozen and switched off automatically

It is getting switched off automatically 2-3 times in a week , Normal Power ON Button doesn't work. moreover, the battery is 40 to 70 percent . Had faced lots of issues, while turning it on had to press power on and volume down button for a minute then only it starts, while the tablet get dead/switch off and I plug the charger thinking battery is dead after 20-30 minutes also charging icon is not shown.
So basically my tablet gets frozen or dead not because of battery as everything is working fine including battery but this problem is very frequent these days , bought this tablet a month ago, don't know what to do , never faced such issues earlier used samsung's s23u and watch,laptop ssd etc but for most premium segment tablet (best and top-end available as of today s9 ultra is having such issues and no one is able to figure it out and help me out.)
Service centre people doesn't help they tells everything is working fine 

Please solve it via system update or else replace my device.

Samsung is just cheating with its consumers . Visit service centre but I don't think they can help you to sort out the problem. Most of the staff is untrained & novice. They can do only one thing and only one solution - Format the device and reload software or they can sell hardware ( parts ) .
