Hi friends. I have Samsung F62. I updated it in Aug ,and now it has multiple issues like phone is Restarting,heating,lagging,battery drain very fast etc. Till now many Samsung users reported of different issues in different phones occurred only after Software issue.
I request people not to Update Software sent by OTA ,so that Premium products could be saved from these issues.
I think Samsung don't care on user experience and testing before issuing the Update.
I have invested huge money in Samsung S7+ and F62. F62 is wasted now as I think.
People should refrain from updating any Software OTA and Report the issues to Samsung Care And
Do read on Members App before updating any update so as to prevent any future errors.
