I have been a long time user and genuine fan of Samsung Notes since my undergraduate days. The app’s native smoothness, S Pen optimization, and overall writing experience are still the best I have used on any platform.
However, as my notes have grown larger, often exceeding 100 pages for revision and study, it has become increasingly difficult to navigate them efficiently. The absence of an outline (section navigation) and internal hyperlinking between pages/sections makes revising large notes messy and time consuming. This limitation is the primary reason I am forced to use other notetaking apps, even though I strongly prefer the Samsung Notes experience.
I frequently return to Samsung Notes because of its superior handwriting performance and ecosystem integration, but without these two features it becomes impractical for long form, structured study and professional use.
Specifically, I would like to request:
Outline / Table of Contents panel based on headings or bookmarks for quick navigation
Internal hyperlinks to jump between pages or sections within a note
Support for linking one note to another for interconnected study topics
These features are essential people like me. Many users in the Samsung community have been requesting this for years.
I genuinely want to return to using Samsung Notes as my primary app, and these improvements would make that possible.
