I am currently using the Galaxy Tab S9 FE Plus. Recently, I encountered a display issue on 24th April 2025 where a green dot appeared on the screen. Fortunately, my device was still under warranty (expiring on 4th May 2025), and the service center promptly repaired it. I appreciate the quick support.
However, I am concerned about what would have happened if this issue had occurred after the warranty period. Previously, I also used a Samsung Galaxy F23 smartphone, which worked well for about 1 year and 4 months, but unfortunately, its motherboard failed soon after, causing major inconvenience.
Coming from a middle-class family in India, every purchase I make is valuable and I expect it to last for at least 5 to 6 years. My older Samsung Galaxy J5 has worked reliably for many years, and I hope newer devices can offer similar long-term durability.
I request Samsung to focus more on the long-term stability and quality of its products, ensuring that devices continue to perform well even beyond the warranty period. It is important for loyal customers like us, who trust and invest in Samsung products, to feel confident that our devices will serve us reliably for years.
Thank you for your attention to this feedback. I truly hope Samsung will continue improving its product testing and quality control, so that customers have even more trust and satisfaction in the future.
