Replacment request of Samsung Tab S6 Wifi model with LTE model

I am a samsung user almost from many years. on this 19th at 11 am I booked online Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 wifi model, through samsung official site. Upon some fast clicks in my mind I understand that I could have bought Samsung galaxy Tab S6 LTE model (with wifi + Sim), so I called customer care at 4 pm on same day to replace with Wifi + sim model. later they informed not possible I have to cancel order when dilevey person reaches on my door. Day came and was unformtunate to reject because of some urgency and informed sister to collect the parcel. Parcel still remain in same way as I receied it and requested number of time via email, call and live chat box but no proper response from customer support team. Was I asked something else that can be contorolled or impossible question? Now they are saying not possible of replacement. All these things happening in past 4 days and I thing its not year that replacemnt cannot be possbile. My request to other samsung member to please opinion your response on this. Thank you.

You booked the wrong model its your mistake. You should have canceled it. There is whole tracking, analytics and different departments involved in it. You can just change the order by calling customer care. Even if you haven't canceled you should have not received it. You should have rejected that. Now there is nothing Samsung can do to ensure that the tab hasn't been used. Try to call them again and tell them your situation. If it can be replaced then also you will get same Tab. Wifi model and Sim models are different.

Indeed agree with the supply chain process. but instant i booked i called them 4 hr later till that time my order was not packed in tracking order list. instead of that I was asked to call in different department and email them which i did prior only...if samsung dont know exact contact person they how can I keep emailing on different email on same query.

are you sure? you booked tab s6 WiFi version from official website, because that version is not available since July I guess.

I am not talking about tab s6 lite

all is your fault. receive nehi karni thi delivery ke time pe , tabhi wo auto cancel ho jaati, ab koi company usko wapis leke alag model ( wifi + LTE ) nehi degi, replacement always same product ka hota he ...in this case it's wifi only model.
