Quad Camera

Guys what is the use of Quad Cameras? I mean can't the two cameras can do the round which quad will do? Is there quad camera in this device?

unlike a DSLR where the lens can be changed to telescopic or macro or wide angle lens... in a phone neither does it have space to accomadate such lenses nor its inter changable... thus each cam performs a specific function and the with AI the combined photo is produced with dslr like quality

in case of two cams the work will be done by the same two cams.
similarly quad cams do the work by sharing the work

so basically the quad camera on the a9s has different features, one is a wide angle mode, one is a macro photography mode, one is for your standard pictures and the last one is for the bokeh effect. Also the two lenses on the back like the s9+ have no wide angle photography or macro shot capabilities
