As I tipped earlier, Samsung is going to announce lot's of new product in Samsung Unpacked Event at July 10.
But a device that will not be announced at the Unpacked event this time is the all-new Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 series. As per Android Headlines and Onleaks, Samsung will announce this next year.
Expected Specifications are :

Most specifications would be same as Tab S9 series. We expect minor changes with thickness, storage variants.
We will see most of the changes in the tablet's chipset. Based on the leaks, Samsung is thinking of using either Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 or Snapdragon X Elite chipset.
