Problem in Tab S7 plus

Is anyone having the problem in Tab S7 plus while using split screen mode and while using the option of pin to screen iam getting grid line all along the image i selected

Please provide a solution

See the guidelines occured in the image after using in split screen mode

I think currenty running app is drawing app and it may have grids to draw correctly

The picture i posted is obtained after using pin to screen feature and after that the pinned image is saved to gallery , the original image doesn't have any gridlines

Already done, no solution was given till now, it's been over 2 months since i raised the complaint with them
