Pop Up Window

Hello Dear Samsung 

 I have Samsung S9 FE+ series of Tablet. 

I want to say that in Pop Up Window there is no option for Opacity or Transparency.

I am a student, I used this features for Taking Notes on Running Video or Lecture.

Please Solve it as soon as possible.
