Wait for s9 series, it will support av1 video playback codec which will be used in Android 14 for less data and better video quality. Only 8gen2 and later support it.

Tab s9 series will be the best but currently u can get tab s8 wifi at 43k-45k

You can go for S9 5g then, which will come around 75k.
Or if u are comfortable with Ipad os then ipad pro 11'
