One UI 8 bug: DeX toggle unresponsive, split screen blocked on Tab A9+ (SM-X216B

After updating Galaxy Tab A9+ (SM-X216B) to One UI 8, the DeX toggle in Quick Panel is unresponsive.

Earlier, when DeX was ON, split screen and pop-up view worked.
Now DeX does nothing, and all apps show:
“Can’t open this app in split screen view. Drop it to open in full screen view.”

All Multi Window settings are enabled.
Reset settings and cache partition already tried.

This appears to be a One UI 8 software bug linking multi-window to DeX service.
Please fix in next update.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer care support through Samsung Members app as error report also send log files along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update it's maybe fix by Samsung team soon. If you like please accept it's as a solution it's help to other users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

To share the log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
