One UI 4 update for Tab S7+ wifi

Since samsung India is not rolling out one ui 4 update for Tab 7+ wifi I request everyone to raise the issue through the CEO help desk. Contacting with their normal customer care won't work as normal customer care have no idea about the issue. Use the link below to directly complaint to the CEO help desk. 


Once you have raise an issue through the link, samsung executive will call you within 24-48 hours. Once they call you ask some bitter questions like 

1. Why are they discriminating between the wifi and LTE version. 
2. What about their quarterly update policy.
etc. 

Raise your issue or they might have forgotten about the wifi variant.

Yeah bro...when I said the tab model as tab s7+, she missed it as Samsung tab A7+ ....which they have no idea that there is no such model.

I don't understand.. why they couldn't release Android 12 for wifi model when 5G model already have this update.. same chip board etc.

Raise the issue through CEO help desk and ask the question when samsung call you. Samsung is ignoring the wifi version. Such a shame.

Dear Samsung team,
I got Galaxy TAB 7 lite on last July. My tab is not working properly, I faced problem while swatch on my tab. It's not turning on. I went to Bangalore Indranagar samsung service ( service request No: 4355550981). They changed motherboard on cost of Rs 6626/-. I received my tab today and I am facing the same issue now. Kindly help me to resolve.
