Not able to rename PDFs

Hi Everyone, I have not been able to rename certian PDFs files recently in default files app. I tried google files also but still not able to rename the PDF files.

Some pdfs are read only write protected we cant rename them generally.

I downloaded a zip file, extracted them all, I was able to rename most of them, only few are having such issue. BTW is there any way I can force rename it ?

Yes get this files in pc and rename it from pc. Also some times oppo vico phones can rename it so simplget this files in the pendrive using otg and try to rename it on from other phone.
