No security update for Tab S7+ Wifi security updates in India since October `21

After spending upwards of $1000 or INR 72k, we are yet to recieve any Security update. I can careless about fancy one 4.0 or the android update but security updates are critical for the business or my line of work. Samsung India is truly despicable, as they ignore this market sell us substandard processors ( fortunately I never used Samsung phones ). I did communicated to CEO helpdisk link shared by other uses still samsung didn't do anything. We just asked for a date still samsung didn't udpate us. This isn't even some low end tablet but the premium product. 

My friend who stll uses his iPad he bought for $300 gets update to this date since past 4 years, is running smoothly. And is extremely secure. I feel robbed of my money and the promises of samsung to provide us updates. Whatever maybe the reason the least they could have done is to apologise and communicate us a new date. I will never buy a samsung product again. This is how you lose customers. 

If you're considering to buy Samsung products and are concerend about security update, they pretty much useless. Deeply disappointed.

I understand the feeling man. I got the s7 plus recently. I should have taken the ipad air instead would have got software support for longer than ever. My dad still used 6s plus almost 7 years and working flawlessly after battery change. I guess Apple will stop os update from this year. I really regret getting tab with no software support

Absolutely samsungs phone to tablet barely last for few years, we pay premium for samsung just to have another platform but these companies don't respect our money. Apple's product are more affordable, value for money and long lasting. This will be my last samsung product, won't buy any consumer electronics/appliances from samsung ever again

I know mate. Dropped in mail to CEO desk. I feel this is gonna be expensive paperweight in no time. With no future updates and samsungs history of ignoring older devices.

Ipad pro was almost the same price.. I should have gone for it.

iPad pro was of same price and with much better ecosystem and far more superior processors. Really regret getting this **bleep**
