No Blur Effect + Misaligned Quick Settings Panel After One UI 8 Update

After updating my device to One UI 8, I noticed two major UI issues:

No Blur Effect:

The notification panel and quick settings panel have zero blur.

Everything becomes a plain, solid background with no blur effect at all.

This was working correctly on One UI 7.

Panel Alignment Issue:

When I expand the quick settings panel, it shifts to one side instead of staying centered.

This makes the UI look unbalanced and worse than One UI 7.

Both issues started only after the One UI 8 update.

Is anyone else facing this? Please fix this in the next software update.

Root the tab and remove the restrictions. Knox won't work but it will run smoother
