New samsung ONE IU 7 update is really bad

After the recent update, my Galaxy Tab feels like a desktop. All apps open in pop-up mode by default, UI is cramped, taskbar is intrusive. Please add option to revert to earlier layout or default fullscreen. We need tablet to feel like a tablet again! Please i don't want this new layout kindly gimme back my old tablet that i bought!!!😭🙏

There should be some settings if you don't know how to do it , search the same in chatgpt/youtube/reddit.
