am in kuwait, i have the tab s9 ultra still. i didn't receive the one ui 6.0 .. Is there any receiving date or any news about the updates for the Middle East?

The device should be updated on Android 14 since November 2023. Try to update the device through Smart Switch app. You may find the steps from the following link: https://www.samsung.com/ae/support/mobile-devices/how-to-update-software-using-smart-switch/. Otherwise, visit the service center directly.

I hope your response is logical. How did it happen? I contacted you more than once and did not reach any results. Then one of your employees contacted me and told me that the update might be delayed because the company has plans for that, knowing that the tablet is the most recent tablet you have. It was supposed to be supported from the beginning, but your company neglected the tablet, and since August to this day, it has not received any type of updates.
