Tab S8 update?

When will the Samsung tab S8 get one UI 6? Or even 6.1 my device is stuck on one UI 5.1.1

If you mean Android One UI 6.0. The Tab S8 should be updated since December 2023. If you didn't receive the update yet, please make sure to update through Smart Switch app https://www.samsung.com/ae/support/mobile-devices/how-to-update-software-using-smart-switch/. Otherwise, visit the service center directly.

The smart switch app didn't work and updating it from settings didn't work too, I'm stuck with one UI 5.1.1 and my security patch level is oct 1 2023 is there no other way to update other than to visit a service center?
