Official response on lack of updates ? - Tab S9

Can we get an official response as to why the Galaxy Tab s9 series has not received any updates including any security patches for devices purchased/in the Middle East?

Yo, I just got the device yesterday and there aren't any updates available in the Middle East.

I also didn't receive any updates since i bought my s9+ at October last year and no body knows what's the problem with middle east version

The Tab S9 is supposed to be updated to Android 14 since November 2023. If you didn’t get the update till now, please make sure to update through Smart Switch app https://www.samsung.com/ae/support/mobile-devices/how-to-update-software-using-smart-switch/. Otherwise, visit the service center directly.

I just received the update manually.. the long wait is over now..
