Lost all Samsung notes

I had synced my samsung notes with samsung cloud. The status also showed synced .

After a rest . When I try to restore. .. it show no data/backup available

Has any one fased this issue and able to recover notes

How Do I restore Samsung Notes from an old device to a new device using Samsung Cloud?
1 On your old device, go into your Apps.
2 Choose Settings.
3 Choose Cloud and accounts.
3 Choose Apps.
4 Choose Samsung Cloud.
5 Make sure Samsung Notes is synced by selecting the toggle button beside it.
