Issue with Do not disturb mode

[SSSF]

My dnd (driving mode) automatically turns on even when i am not driving

I was home and it turned on the phone was just lying on the table

I even tried deleting the driving mode from Dnd shedule but it keeps turning back on

If anyone knows the fix plz let me know

Settings ->
Apps->
Special access->
Do not disturb permission->
Turn off Do not disturb permission for Google play services
