Just few days back I was planning to buy Tab A8 but I had to cancel due to following reasons:
1. Software is old, it comes with Android 11 (One UI 3) so the max you'll get is Android 13 (One UI 5) in the month of February, I'd go for it if at least it had up to Android 14 update looking at 2023 beginning soon.
2. If you look at the competitors, they're offering really better specs in the same price range.
3. I personally can't the new trust Unisoc processors. I can prefer Exynos, Helio or Snapdragon as I've already used those.
