I didn't received android 12 update

Smasung promises 3 years major update for its devices but I didn't get android 12 update on my Smasung tab a 8.0.0 2019... 

Currently it's 2022 nd it's in its 3 years period too so why I didn't received update?

They didn't say "All" phones/tabs will get 3 OS updates !!

They only said selected models will get it....
And A8 (2019 ) isn't eligible...so it won't get android 12

They published the list for phones/tabs that are eligible for 3 OS updates in 2020
