Getting issue to browse a perticular website

In 2 weeks, I had bought this Samsung A8 Tablet..!
For my classes but after buying Tablet everything is working normally and in better way but the main issue is that , I bought this Tablet for my classes and that classes website is not working in this Tab.
I have used Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome and all browsers.
But I am failed..!

Otherwise it is working on my Samsung Mobile, Laptop and all those devices, But all devices are busy and I have use only Tablet for my Study purpose.

So, Now I am in trouble.

Please Help me there
And Solve this issue

Use the option desktop site and turn off ad blockers

If you can't view any websites, you are probably disconnected from the Internet. Try to run the Network and Internet Troubleshooter. Right-click the network icon in the notification area, select Troubleshoot problems, and then select Internet Connections.
