I'm having a massive issue in scanning my fingerprint... as these days everything is biometric protected  I'm facing a huge problem  in it .. after atleast 7-8 attempts of my right thumb it detects the prints and as far as left thumb is concerned it is not even picking up scans after 10 tries .. I tried adding fingerprints again to freshly update the fingerprints also but it twas total mess as it took me atleast 20 mins to first upload the 100% thumb impressions as it is not detecting the print impressions on the screen ,, plz fix it soon

This problem is with S7 plus series, not reported in S7 series tablets. Release time of software upgrades doesn't matter.

I'm just saying that a top notch device got the update later than is lower lvl devices.. doesn't matter whether they reported it or not.

I had the same issue, restarting the tablet fixed it for me, as simple as it sounds
