Galaxy Tablet S7fe 4K60fps playback issue

Galaxy S7fe (4/64) plays 4k60fps youtube videos with lag. Upto 1440@60fps playback is smooth & aso 4K videos but not the 4k60fps videos.

Almost 1GB ram is remained free with no other app opened. 

Any suggestion?

Because of 750g processor, it only support 2k 60fps or 4k 30fps.
