I signed in to the samsung shop using the same no which I used for pre-book the device and it showed me the banner of Redeem the keyboard cover for tab s7 plus for 7999
Firstlymycomplaint is that it was announced that pre book customers will get 10000 off on book Keyboard cover
But the price to pay is 7999 which is only 7k less than the 15k listed price on Samsung shop app
the price for Pre-book customers should be 4999 no 7999.
Secondly while I was doing the Redemption process .
This problem of payment page networking fine is always happening
I selected via Upi and it sent me the link to pay the amount .
I tried to pay and the transaction failed and since then I have not got any message that offer has been redeemed or the order confirmation message on my mobile.
But now when I try to redeem the offer it says that offer has already been redeem and gives me the order no which is not available in my order section of the app.
This is Really pathetic service on Samsungs part the shop application is worst out of all e-commerce apps present .
Hey I too recieved my tab s7 plus on 15th, however i started the tab without my registered sim rather only with wifi. Now the customer executive told me that my device hasn't been activated yet and asked me to do a factory reset and try again but this time start with my sim card. After doing the above, now the page says my tablet hasn't been activated with the registered number. I am tired of this thing. can you guys provide any help ??
