Guys, please save your money and never ever buy a Samsung laptop, I have not seen a laptop as bad as this. I bought it in august and already planning to sell it and buy some other laptop. They dont have some of the basic features, the laptop started hanging in 1st week, it auto shuts. I mean what kind of laptop you pay for 70k and then get this bad a product

And now just in 2 months i am getting 25% of the value!! I am okay bearing the loss because samsung team is not supportive and cant help with a good product

Samsung laptops (other products too) is not worth any money

This was the last ever product I bought of Samsung. NEVE AGAIN!!

I already sold my earphone (which has the worst connectivity and seamless switch is a joke), watch and tablet (which is a big joke of a product) and soon going to sell my mobile too

I’ve said this multiple times and I’ll say it again - Samsung makes excellent phones and tablets, but their laptops, especially the Galaxy Book Pro 360 series (2, 3, 4, 5, 6), are highly unreliable.
There is a widespread and recurring issue of screens breaking on their own due to the ultra-slim design - a simple Google search shows this is not an isolated case but a pattern across multiple models.
What’s even more disappointing is the after-sales support. Despite no physical damage, no dents, and no user fault, warranty claims are consistently denied. This raises serious concerns about both product quality and customer service ethics.
I personally spent ₹1.54 lakh on a premium device expecting durability and support - instead, I got a fragile product and zero accountability.
This is not just feedback - it’s a warning for potential buyers. Please take responsibility instead of ignoring or removing genuine customer concerns.
