The claim process for the tablet thats promised with the launch of Samsung galaxy s21fe is really a hassle and I can't get hold of Samsung customer care on the nr provided pls advise .

I found it to be quite easy. Click on the benefits button in the discover tab and there is a voucher banner to redeem. Fill in the form and that is it.

I have done that and then they emailed me saying some of the documents I have scanned on for them such as the receipt and imei nr is not clear as I took pics with very s21 fe scanned with the phone and up loaded .so now I emailed it for them as requested with the email they send me I called them to follow up and they nr rings and then gets dropped during office hours.so I emailed them and it shows they did not except recipient mail so I can't get hold of them to follow up.

Hi

With regards to the S21Fe/Tablet promotion after several attempts trying to register on the Samsung Members app I was left frustrated.

After being on this platform trying to find answers, I was told by administration to move to email verify@samsung.com.

Equally as useless, I have delivery receipts so mails are going through, NOT one reply on my 6 emails sent.

I'm exceptionally disappointed in a strong brand with no service.
