Forgot my Samsung S3 tablets screen password. Can anyone help without factory reset.

Visit to cervice center or do hard data reset

Oh that was your only chance. Now all you have is a very distant hope that the service center can do something. Although it's highly unlikely if you have knox security.

I suppose you haven't enabled developer options and usb debugging too?

Yeah I dont have and looks like factory reset is the only option

Don't take tension . Please follow these steps = Press and hold the Volume Up button and the Power button. Once the startup screen appears, release the Power button, and 3 seconds later release the Volume Up button. Your phone will enter recovery mode. Use the Volume buttons or touch the screen to select Wipe data/factory reset.
