No I only have one samsung account also logged into M51 and is not international but Indian

Can you open bixby settings. If yes then go to bixby settings and go to privacy and there will be country/ region option

Bro i think country/ region can only be set by inserting sim card. So you need to insert a sim in it and it will automatically register to india region.aftet that you can remove sim
