Critical Bug After One UI 3.1 update on Galaxy Tab S6 Lite- 

When we open edge panel from Home screen or while using any app, the background gets vertically tilted. 

It's same when we open notification panel from lock screen. 

It is in landscape mode only not in portrait mode.

Clear data of ONE UI home in Settings 》 Apps.

Also reset apps defaults.

Lemme see if I can do something more if that didn't work.

Meanwhile send error reports to Samsung through Members app》 Get Help section and see what they say.

once Reboot in a safemode and lets see

steps to turn safemode;
long press on power button>
long press on power off option>click on safemode >your mobile will restart and turn into safemode.
