According to official Samsung update schedule this Tab was scheduled to get the update on December 2022 but sometimes few devices don't receive update. I'll suggest you to sideload(odin) the latest firmware (You can use smartswitch for pc as well it'll be non destructive to your data but getting update isn't guaranteed) if you're comfortable with that complication or you can go to any Samsung service centre and ask them to update the device to latest firmware. NOTE: In case of both using odin yourself or getting the update done by Samsung you'll lose your data so do a backup of the device.
