Accessory damaged in replacement

Originally bought a Galaxy Tab S6 along with a Keyboard Cover ,later the Tab had screen issues so got it replaced at the Service Center. 

During the replacement the guys had to rip out the back cover during which the adhesive was damaged and the cover no longer sticks firmly to the tab creating a hazard as when used as a stand it detaches and the tablet has sustained some damage due to this.

I request Samsung to provide a replacement Keyboard Cover.

Bro my kind advice is that you have to remove the back cover before handling your device to service center....

Then you can ask for and visit nearest Samsung retail or service center....
