I purchased Samsung galaxy tab A7 2020 ( Lte+WiFi) in December last year. But unfortunately AUTO ROTATION is sometimes not working. I mean it's not working 80% times. But before the software update android 12 it seems me that I can remember the AUTO ROTATION was working on android 11. I have tested my device in diagnosis section here and there it shows that the sensors is working normally. And then I contact my nearest Samsung authorized service center. There a lady asked me to do a system update. Because according to her at the time of downloading the software version the system update was not downloaded  . I can't understand what may be the actual reason for inactive AUTO ROTATION. Is it any software problem?

take your tab, go near the dustbin and then throw the tab away in it
