When the Color Palette is disabled from Settings App, different set of colors can be seen across components on the UI, from color on the Volume Panel, Keyboard to Quick Settings menu, Sliders or Toggles, Tabs and Loading Animation. If it's supposed to be White than so be it or even the Old color, however the mix up really affects the UI Consistency and Cohesiveness in a way where it feels every element is designed by different entities.
Something bold and with sameness across would not attract users' attention for such little flaws, leaving users to point out major experience gaps.
