SmartThingsUnfortunately, my Galaxy A34 was stolen recently. The thief likely put the phone in Airplane Mode and then powered it off, so I couldn't retrieve the last known location.
I have already:
Filed an FIR with the police.
Blocked my SIM card through my service provider.
Tried Find My Mobile & Google’s Find My Device, but no luck.
Since tracking is not possible, I wanted to know:
Can Samsung help block the IMEI?
Will Knox provide any security after a factory reset?
Is there any way to prevent unauthorized use of my Samsung account on the device?
- I was wondering if Samsung or any member could help me with a ₹5000 discount code for purchasing a new Samsung phone. Any assistance or guidance on available discounts would be greatly appreciated

SmartThingsBut, Let's face the reality... The chances of getting your phone back is very Low.
It'll be hard but try to move on.
Btw,
Go to sanchar Sathi portal Block the IMEI (Both IMEI NUMBERS) of your phone.
