Unfortunately, my Galaxy A34 was stolen recently. The thief likely put the phone in Airplane Mode and then powered it off, so I couldn't retrieve the last known location.

I have already:
Filed an FIR with the police.
Blocked my SIM card through my service provider.
Tried Find My Mobile & Google’s Find My Device, but no luck.

Since tracking is not possible, I wanted to know:

  • Can Samsung help block the IMEI?

  • Will Knox provide any security after a factory reset?

  • Is there any way to prevent unauthorized use of my Samsung account on the device?

  • I was wondering if Samsung or any member could help me with a ₹5000 discount code for purchasing a new Samsung phone. Any assistance or guidance on available discounts would be greatly appreciated

If your phone is secured with password then he need to unlock the device first and he can't also do it through the pc if your auto blocker option is enabled. I wish you find your phone soon.

It isn't possible to put phone on airplane mode f it was locked.
If it was snatched, turn on Google feature for this to lock up the phone and start ringing like crazy.
Apple has lock devic eand wipe data even if phone is off

Also, if you are buying a year old phone buy t ftom Amazon or retail store it will be more cheaper than after using new phone with 5k referal code.
Remember theft prevention feature next time.
If you are student you may get discounts via uniays app.
Also, use Trai website to report theft
Hope your lost phone gets in Police custody and you don't need to worry😔

I feel sorry for you bro.
But, Let's face the reality... The chances of getting your phone back is very Low.

It'll be hard but try to move on.

Btw,
Go to sanchar Sathi portal Block the IMEI (Both IMEI NUMBERS) of your phone.

He can't get to your data due to FBE (File based encryption) as the phone will go in BFU (Before first unlock) after reboot encrypting your data which can only be opened with your password. There will be FRP (Factory reset protection) meaning if he resets through recovery he will have to get your google id and password to use the phone again but FRP can be bypassed by paid tools but don't worry, encryption can't be bypassed so your data can't be accessed, only be wiped.
