What mode or temperature i should use as i we are not to be in home for 6 days

No. Don't use powercool mode. Use this mode only when you need fast cooling n a short period of time.

The right side panel is for fridge. And I will suggest you to put it on medium modes means change the temperature from 1°c to 3°c. And also for the case for freezer, make it -19°c from -15°c.
This temperatures are the medium temperature for your refrigerator. It will consume medium energy and aslo keep cooling the refrigerator inside.
