Dear friends i want to share one story about samsung e shop fraudulent activity. I had purchased one TV through Samsung E-Shop and paid Rs. 71068. The TV was sent through Shadowfax courier. on 20.08.2025 the TV was shows as delivered to me while i had not received the TV. Immediately I call the customer care and explain about the incident. Till 24.08.2025 I didn't got any response from the customer care so I personaly visited the Shadowfox office. Then I came to know that the TV was delivered to some other person on 16.08.2025. Immediately I inform the samsung customer care about the incident and requested to Shadofax that update the status from delivered to undelivered and request them to return the TV to Samsung. Now worst part is they are charging Rs. 1999 as a cancelation charge and Rs. 9000 as frame charge. Now I am unable to understand why I had to bear this cost and to whom I had to make complain. There are no office for Samsung E-shop. No direct contact to person. Now please guide me what i had to do. I also wrote to CEO of samsung but no response.
