In Secure Folder, select Settings then turn off Show Secure Folder. You can also hide Secure Folder from the quick panel. Once turned off, the Secure Folder icon on the Home / Apps screen and related menus (e.g. Move to Secure Folder) is removed.

If yes you can't use secure folder till you pay all emi.

Yes My device A30s is Under Samsung Finance+ till Nov. 2020 so thats the reason Secure Folder is disabled ?
