Why dark mode

From the time i have purched my device till today , I am seeing dark mode apps in LABS section only,

 meantime many features comes and goes from labs , some gets applied like back animation but dark mode apps still there 

also it's only support YouTube,

Why it's not applied as general feature

Why only YouTube, add more apps aswel which don't have dark mode in their settings 

And for my post on Why multiple features are provided using good lock and not in general, one user mention some people prefer device with less feature , 

Bro then why to purchase high-end device , also that's reason there is on and off toggles/buttons for feature
