had u backup it with Samsung cloud ?
then from restore it will get your notes back

Thanks for being with Samsung and sharing your concern. We would like to inform you that you can restore the data only when you have taken the data backup.
If you have taken the data backup please restore it by help of smart switch. Else there is no option to recover the data without backup.
