Secure folder

I cant find my secure folder

As i can see in apps info it is disabled and there is no option to enable it

Kindly help me out on this one asap

latest issue 😱 ..first time seeing this....may be it's happening for 2 things....either software glitches present or knox version get tripped.....

how did you updated your last software? I recommend you to flash that last firmware by Odin or through Samsung service center once ....software holes also can responsible for that especially if someone simply install it by mobile data or wifi...Samsung provides nonA/B type ota update so it's quite possible or chance to generate software holes...because it's not possible to tripping of knox security services until you rooted your device..

didn't root my device man
last update was on 7th of july and that was of 127mb
installed it using mobile data and i do that very often

I cannot find my secure folder nor it is showing in app ther are my important files which I taught it will be safe in secure folder but I can't find the folder now
